After the recent tragic turn of events in the Philippines, Independent in Sunderland are putting on a charity fundraiser gig on December 14th. Zeerox will be performing along with Sinead Livingston, Jnr Voodoo, , Profumo and Spitfire Bullets.Entry on the night is free however we are asking people to dig deep and find it in their hearts to make an honest donation in one of the various collection buckets on the night.
Zeerox are playing the Dog and Parrot in Newcastle on Saturday night with The Panoramic and the excellent People Making Noises. Doors open upstairs at 7:30PM, entry is £4, tickets can be bought in advance from http://www.heartrock.me/whatson-2/ It was nice to see our video for Devil's Elbow featured on the Root Sounds site. Just thought we'd take a minute to say thanks for their continued support. You can check out the video on their site if you click here or on the Roots Sounds logo. Zeerox return to Sunderland tomorrow night, we'll be playing bar Pure, next to Park Lane station. We'll be debuting a couple of new songs we're quite excited about, and the excellent Token and Dead like Wolves share the bill, so worth popping along for this one. See you there Look out for a couple of extra demo songs from our forthcoming album 'Penshaw Woolies Eat Deer' on our music player, including 'Rottweiler' 'Numb Nuts' and 'Gold Nectarine'. Music wise, we're back in the studio tweaking album 1. We've recorded all the songs in two different studios, and are having to decide which songs from each session we prefer, not recommended. Getting there though. R Well it's finally done. We put some images taken from our Jam Jah gig, mixed it up with a bit of art from James Adair, then spliced it with old images from Washington's past. The result is a somewhat watchable video for Devil's Elbow. We hope you all enjoy it. You can view the video by clicking here. Just a quick thank you to Music4Music for featuring a Zeerox profile on their site. You can find the page that features Zeerox amongst other bands by clicking here or the Music4Music logo to the left. We just got word from Root Sounds today that they've posted an interview we did with them a while back. As it was following a gig where we all got free drinks, we accept no responsibility for anything inappropriate mentioned! You can check out the interview by clicking here or clicking on the Roots Sounds North East logo. |
